■ About delivery & shipping fees

1. You will receive an email promptly after placing your order with information on shipping details and fees
2. Your ordered items will be shipped out only after your payment is received.

■ Delivery Time

The handling time is estimated to be approximately 1-4 business days after the order.
Standard shipping will take 1-2 weeks.
Expedited shipping will take 3-7 days.
*Please understand there will be delays depending on customs clearance and other complications.

■Delivery Method

You'll receive a shipping confirmation after your order leaves our warehouse, which includes information such as a tracking number, at that time.

All products are dispatched from Japan by airmail （EMS Japan Post)or a private carrier (DHL). 

■Shipping Fees

Shipping fee will be shown after you enter your address in your shopping cart.

 Please be aware that Free Spirits Japan will pick the shipping method that suits your order best based on various factors such as package size and shipping location.

■ Customs Clearances and Duties

Import duties and taxes may be applied upon customs clearance into your country.
Please pay such costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office upon delivery.

To our customers in the U.S.

Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. is getting rid of the De Minimis Rule. This means that all imports, even small orders under $800, will now be subject to duties and taxes.Please be aware you might be asked to pay these fees upon delivery.
